Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order details.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed and shipped, you will recieve all delivery updates. Orders are usually delivered within 3–8 working days, depending on your location.

Do I need to pay any additional taxes or duties on my order?
For orders within India, all applicable taxes are included in the product price. You will not have to pay any additional taxes or duties at the time of delivery.

Where can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a Moorpankh Gift Card directly from our website. Once your order is confirmed, your gift card along with a unique coupon code will be sent to your registerd email address. Simply enter the coupon code at checkout to redeem the gift card while placing your online order.

How long is the gift card valid for?
There is no expiry date for Moorpankh gift cards. They can be used anytime at your convenience.
